Utilajele se folosesc la lipirea (sudare) de profile PVC.
Utilajul este construit pe un sasiu de otel ce garanteaza o stabilitate foarte buna a acestuia, tablele sunt din aluminiu de 25 mm grosime pentru a asigura precizie la sudare profilelor de PVC la fiecare topire.
Pe ambele parti ala utilajului sunt suporti pentru a sustine profilele de lungime mai mare.
Permite reglarea presiunii de prindere a menghinelor si a presiunii de presare a profilelor. Posibilitate de sudura in unghiuri de la 30 la 180 de grade profilele sunt fixate pe rind cu ajutorul unei pedale.
Componentele electronice sunt in conformitate cu standardele CE. Masina este echipata cu sistem de siguranta si protectie electronica si peumatica pentru siguranta operatorului. Masina este proiectata sa sudeza profilele din PVC prin topirea colturilor. Dupa fixarea profilelor sudarea se executa automat. Se poat eregla presiunea de prindere perioada de topire in functie de tipul profilului.
Temperatura este controlata printr-un termostat electronic si poate fi reglat in intervalul 0° – 260°.
Cu minim 1.5mm grosimea topirii utilajul este proiectat in conformitate cu normele CE. Operare complet automata.
 
TK 505 PVC Single Corner Welding Machine (0,2 mm Weld)

The machine is composed of steel plate chassis guaranteeing stability, tables made from 25 mm aluminum plates, in order to provide accuracy of welding PVC profiles by melting in each time, are placed on the chassis so that table precision is accomplished with left tables movement of libays bearings. Both side of the machine is equipped with profile supports for handling long profiles parallel to the table easing precious stability. Adjustable set squares placed over Aluminum tables provides welding between 15° to 180°. Electrical components bear CE Certificate and appropriate standards. The machine is equipped with electrical, pneumatics protection and safety systems for machine operator’s safety.
During design of the machine EN ISO 12100-1:2003, EN ISO 12100-2:2003, EN 294, EN 349,EN 60204-1 Machine Safety, harmonized standards for design and 98/37 EC, Safety directives in Machines, 73/23 EEC Low voltage directive standards are used.
TK 505 Single Corner Welding machine is designed for corner connection of PVC profiles in 15° – 180° degrees by melting. Operator can make the adjustments of clamp and melding pressure according to profile.
One by one tightening feature in every pressing on the foot pedal,
Able to adjust pressure and melding period according to the profile type,
Bottom and top welding burr cleaning knives with adjustable distance,
After tightening profiles welding process completes automatically,
Adjustable thermostat which can be adjusted to the desired temperature between 0° to 260° C
Min. 1.5mm melting thickness Machine is designed according to < CE > directives.
